I. Introduction to PVC/UPVC
PVC is a thermoplastic resin formed by polymerization of vinyl chloride under the action of an initiator. It's a homopolymer of vinyl chloride. Vinyl chloride homopolymer and vinyl chloride copolymer are collectively referred to as vinyl chloride resin. PVC is a white powder with amorphous structure and small branching degree. UPVC(Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride), usually known as hard PVC, is an amorphous thermoplastic resin made of vinyl chloride monomer by polymerization reaction with certain additives (such as stabilizer, lubricant, filler, etc.). In addition to additives, the method of blending modification with other resins is also adopted, so that it has obvious practical value.
Second, the difference between the two
1, PVC pipe is the meaning of polyvinyl chloride, the general quality is poor, hardness is not enough, easy to age after a long time, etc., the most commonly used for drainage pipes. The UPVC pipe is further improved on the basis of PVC material, suitable for industrial sewage, food grade ultra-pure water, reverse osmosis and other water treatment equipment, electroplating equipment, etc., wide range of use.
2, UPVC is based on PVC to improve the performance of the product, UPVC water pipe has no residual chlorine release, PVC water pipe will have residual chlorine release.

UPVC material is used in all plastic ball valves currently produced by Tonghe Company. The advantages of the ball valve are as follows:
1, the pressure drop is small pressure 10 kg
2, fast switch 90°, low maintenance cost, good sealing
3, excellent temperature resistance, wide application range, can be popularized industrial and people's livelihood pipe.
4, can withstand high temperature (-2~90℃) fluid.
5, the pipe wall is smooth, small friction resistance.
6, the material is environmentally friendly and economical.
7, light weight, easy construction and maintenance. Valve connection form is double internal thread (BSP/NPT)

8, the use of media: pure water, sewage, air, spring water and people's livelihood with hot water transportation system.
